Rye grain spirit release number two!
This spirit is made from 51% rye and 49% malted barley. Fermented using mead and French saison yeasts. 10-14 day fermentation. Aged on English oak spindles and a first fill boubon cask previously used to age green Guji coffee beans.
Tasting notes - a perfect cocktail Rye. A big hit of maraschino and almond with soft spice and a long, dry finish.
